Group classes, utilizing equipment on the Reformer, Cadillac and Mat are forming. Classes are offered Monday through Friday at:
- 8:10-9:00
- 9:20-10:10
- 10:30-11:20
- 11:40-12:30
Classes are limited to 4 people and are filled on a first come first serve basis. As of 1/1/2010, they are $45.00 each and payable in twelve-week sessions, for a total of $540.00. (Please note all classes are by appointment only.)
